We used Richard Cornell as our realtor for selling our one-bedroom cooperative apartment. We never expected our unit to get the attention it did and we owe it all to Richard Cornell. Units in our complex have sat on the market for months and months, even years. Nothing was moving. When I saw the write up Richard Cornell put together to advertise our unit, I was blown away. He was able to grasp every aspect of the benefits of living at this complex & use it along with great photos to attract buyers. In three months our unit was in contract, at asking price and we had 3-4 other back up offers in case the one in contract fell thru (which we never had to use). Working with Richard Cornell was a great experience, I've never known anyone who showed so much care and concern for our place as he did. We have two dogs and I was hesitant having my unit shown for fear the dogs would get out...Richard knew that and took every effort to ensure my dogs were kept safe and secure.
