Richard has been involved with sales and management as a real estate broker and investor for over 25 years. His employment history includes working for a subsidiary of ITT Corporation as a division manager. In 2011 he joined Zip Realty, a major national internet real estate company. Zip Realty had 1800 sales associates nationally that handled $2.7 Billion dollars in sales volume. In 2016 Zip Realty was acquired by Realogy, the parent company Better Homes and Gardens. Richard remains a full time Associate Broker with the Howard Hanna | Rand Realty brokerage serving the Bronx, Westchester and Putnam Counties. He also remains an active investor.
