Richard has been involved with sales and management as a real estate broker and investor for over 30 years. In that time he has developed the skills and experience necessary to provide his buyer's and seller's with an exceptional real estate experience. His employment history includes working for a subsidiary of ITT Corporation as a division manager.  In 2011 he joined Zip Realty, a major national internet real estate company. Zip Realty had 1800 sales associates nationally that handled $2.7 Billion dollars in sales volume. In 2016 Zip Realty was acquired by Realogy, the parent company Better Homes and Gardens. In October of 2020 Rand Realty joined forces with Howard Hanna the # 1 family owner company in the country. Today Howard Hanna | Rand Realty is now the # 1 brokerage in the tri-state area.

Richard remains a full time Associate Broker with the Howard Hanna | Rand Realty brokerage serving the Bronx, Westchester and Putnam Counties. He also remains an active investor. As a real estate broker and investor he is able to provide his clients with the high level of service they deserve. He will take the time to understand your specific real estate needs as well as updating you with regard to the ever changing housing market.
